Today’s Law - The Law of Self-Worth

There comes a point in life when you realise you’ve been giving away little pieces of yourself without even noticing.

  • Saying yes when you wanted to say no.

  • Shrinking your opinions to avoid rocking the boat.

  • Staying in spaces that didn’t value you, hoping they’d change their mind.

The Law of Self-Worth is the gentle but firm reminder that your value is not up for debate.

Your worth isn’t something you earn through achievements, relationships, or the approval of others.
It isn’t conditional on whether you’ve “got it all together.”
It isn’t dependent on how productive, attractive, or successful you are.

Your worth simply is.
It is intrinsic, unwavering, and independent of circumstances.

Why Self-Worth Changes Everything

When you embrace your self-worth, you stop settling for crumbs in your career, your relationships, and your daily life. You start making choices that feel like they honour you — not just keep the peace or meet someone else’s expectations.

Living by the Law of Self-Worth

Living by this law doesn’t mean you never have moments of doubt — we’re human.
It means you have a baseline knowing:
